Dan started his career as a high school teacher and has been an active member of the community having coached both the Sanford High and Massabesic High School varsity baseball programs as well as many youth sports teams. Dan joined the Stanley Agency in 1984 as a tax preparer and accountant and began his career in real estate in 1988. Dan, with his wife Stella, has raised three children, two of which are now working with Dan as a part of the Pelletier team.

Ron and his wife Linda have a year round home on Mousam Lake. He has
extensive knowledge of the area, where he is also a board member of the Mousam Lake Region Association.
